Individualized Education Plan

An Individualised Education Plan (IEP) is a plan or program outlining the specific educational goals, objectives, and accommodations to meet the individual needs of a student with an identified disability.

Developed collaboratively by educators and parents, the IEP is a roadmap for addressing the student's academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs, ensuring they receive the appropriate resources and interventions to thrive in a school setting and beyond.

How Do We Generate an Individualized Education Plan?

Our IEP development and implementation promotes academic achievement, social inclusion, and overall well-being.

It helps you and your child for transitions between grade levels, schools, or post-school settings by preparing the student for further education, and independent living.

By fostering a culture of inclusion and support, we contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment where every student can thrive.

Our collaborative process empowers educators, parents, and students to actively participate in the educational decision-making process and advocate for their needs.

Movement Program

Empowering Children Through Social and Life Skills

At Reach Inclusion, we understand the importance of developing essential social and life skills for children. Our Movement Program is designed to help children learn and practice these skills in various real-life settings, ensuring they gain the confidence and abilities to thrive independently.

It includes a range of activities and experiences aimed at fostering social interaction, life skills, and smooth transitions in daily activities. Here’s what your child can expect:

Social Skills Development

  • Engagement Activities: Children participate in group activities and games that encourage communication, cooperation, and making friends.
  • Community Outings: Regular trips to local parks, libraries, and community centers to practice social interactions in different environments.

Life Skills Training

Transitions can be challenging for children with Autism, ADHD, and other special needs. Our Movement Program includes personalized support to help children navigate these changes smoothly:

  • Home Visits: Our specialists visit homes to observe and assist with daily routines, ensuring children adapt comfortably to changes in their environment.
  • Morning and Evening Routines: Creating structured routines for getting ready in the morning and winding down in the evening.
  • School Transitions: Assisting with transitions between classes and other school-related changes.
  • For students who are not included with us in a school, we ensure they receive the same level of personalized education through a dedicated IEP and in line with its goals, we monitor the progress through weekly reports as well.
