To receive our services under the IEP (Individualized Education Program) and admit into the Reach Inclusion system, follow these steps:

1. Schedule a Consultation Appointment:

Book a consultation with our inclusion facilitator, Ms.Basma by filling up the form provided below, to understand your child’s needs and answer all your questions to ensure the correct services are provided for your child.

2. Provide the Following Information in the form:

• Your child’s full name 
• Your child’s date of birth.
• The name of the current and previous institutions your child is enrolled in (school/center/daycare).
• The names of the institutions and specialists currently providing services to your child (e.g., behavior specialist, psychiatrist, occupational therapist, etc.).
• Please upload 2 videos of your child during play time or different times to submit to the inclusion facilitator ahead of the appointment. The Photos and Videos of your child to help us better understand the challenges they are facing.

3. Payment and Confirmation:

 Upon submitting the form for the appointment, our accounting department will contact you for payment and confirmation of the appointment.

4. Appointment Scheduling:

Once the appointment is scheduled, you will receive the appointment details.

5. System Entry:

After the appointment is booked, your child will be automatically entered into the waiting list system to provide the necessary services.
