At Reach Inclusion, our mission is to build independent living by providing academic modifications ,behavioral interventions and accomodations via an Individualised Education Plan for children in need. We're committed to educating schools, society, and families, training paraprofessionals, promoting community awareness, and advocating for the educational rights of individuals with disabilities. About us
The Beginning
The Beginning and First Steps
Basma Binshihon built Reach Inclusion with a vision to transform the educational landscape
for children with special needs. We seized our first opportunity to implement the education program in one of
the schools alongside a university in Jeddah.
Expanding Horizons
Our impact grew as we expanded our reach,
serving over 30 students and engaging with 50+ people in our community as well as by securing finance, we scaled our operations across Saudi Arabia.
Spreading across the kingdom and Adapting to Challenges
Collaborating with 9+ schools and expanding into Madinah, we successfully solidified our presence across the Kingdom, ensuring access to inclusive education for all.
During the pandemic,
we adapted swiftly by providing our services to students at their home during online
classes.
Scaling for Impact
Post-pandemic, we intensified our advocacy efforts by organizing events like the "Parents Support Group" and introducing innovative programs like "Connect and Reflect" and "Supermarket Haul" to promote real-life learning and continued to enhance our services, offering individual academic support through one-to-one sessions outside of school settings.
Global Outreach
Expanding our reach, we hosted two International Disability Programs and conducted orientation sessions for parents, further strengthening our commitment to inclusivity.
