1) Job Title: Paraprofessional

Role Overview:

As a Paraprofessional at Reach Inclusion, you will play a critical role in implementing individualized educational plans (IEPs) for children with special needs within school environments. Your efforts will directly contribute to the successful integration of these children, ensuring they receive the support required under the supervision of our specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Initial Observation and Documentation of the child:

• Observe the child and document academic and behavioral observations.

2. Implementation of Modifications and Interventions:

• Utilize resources and creative strategies to implement academic modifications and behavioral interventions.

3. Antecedent-Behavior-Consequence (ABC) Data Collection and Reporting:

• Record daily data and compile weekly reports to track progress and inform future planning.

4. Student Profile Development:

• Create comprehensive student profiles at the end of each term, summarizing the child's information and progress.

5. IEP Proof Data :

• Collect data to assess progress toward IEP goals each term.

6. Creating Social Stories and Transitions:

• Develop social stories to facilitate smooth transitions for the child.

7. Assessment Modifications:

• Implement necessary modifications for assessments and exams to accommodate the child's needs.
